We will accept returns on UNOPENED PRODUCTS only. If the product(s) have been open we will not issue a refund.
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order stating why you would like a refund.
They will give you an address to send the hair to. Once that e-mail is sent, products should be postmarked no later than 48 hours from the instruction e-mail (Sundays not included).
Once the product is received (on time) we will issue a refund in the amount you paid for the product minus a $25 restocking fee. If product is not received by the deadline, we will return the product back to you.
IF PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED, WE MAY WORK WITH YOU TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT, HOWEVER THIS IS NO GUARANTEE.
